5. Frequently Asked Questions:

How long will the call take?

The call you booked will be about 60 minutes. (Please make sure you’re available for the full 60 minutes of the call.)

We’ll spend the first 15 minutes learning about your business.

We’ll spend the next 15 minutes walking you through our 3-step process and we’ll answer all your questions.

And if it’s a fit, we’ll use the last 15 minutes to go over payment options and start dates.

We aim to complete the call in 60 minutes, but our business consultants do have an extra 15 minute buffer at the end of your call, if you need the extra time to get enrolled.

What happens after the call?

After you say “Yes!” to having our team get you booked on more podcasts, your business consultant will sign you up, process your payment & send over our onboarding agreement.

We aim to get the agreement signed within the first 24 hours so there’s no delay in getting you started in our process.

Once your agreement is completed, we’ll then enroll you into our program and send you a welcome email and an email invite to join our Media Firestorm Skool community.

Your business consultant will also invite you to a Google Calendar meeting for our group onboarding call which we host every Monday typically at 1pm EST. (We do sometimes move these onboarding dates for federal holidays or other events.)

From the very first onboarding call, we’ll have you booking your first podcast & everything running at full speed… ready to start sending your first cash-generating emails after just 1-3 business days.

How much time will this require from me?

We usually recommend that you begin booking no more than 2 podcast interviews a week. This is the number we’ve found that created the most long-term consistent results for clients.

(e.g. It’s easy to get booked on 5 podcasts a week — but you’ll become ‘burnt out’ fast, and that leads to less results over the long-term.)

Most of our clients are able to completely eliminate the need to do ‘marketing’ in their business while actually increasing their booked call volume. (This usually saves clients anywhere from 10-20 hours a week — maybe just ask yourself how much time you spend writing posts, creating content etc to try get clients using social media.)

The goal is to install the system and stress-test it in the first 30-60 days. Then once your acquisition systems have been tested & optimized, we can focus on scaling up your efforts.

We recommend for the first 30 days you set aside 5-10 hours per week minimum to show up for calls, get booked on shows & to write your emails.

After that we should have your podcast booking process completely delegated to a team member and being completed in 1-2 hours per month. Leaving you free to just show up for interviews (1-2 hours per week) and work on growing the business.

(Real Talk: If you can’t commit 10 hours a week for 30 days to add an extra 6-7 figures/year to your business, then that’s a problem we need to address on your call with our team.)
