hi I’m angel tussy from n guest and I’m here interviewing another one of our fabulous clients from the media Firestorm program Katherine Katherine is with me Katherine how are you doing today I am doing wonderful you are always doing wonderful and I think in light of and I can’t wait for our viewers to hear what it is that you do and once they do they’re going to just you’re just such an angel right that might be my name but you are truly uh an angel so Katherine uh name where you’re coming from and tell us about your business I’m Katherine Knight and I live in a town north of San Francisco called Nado in California so it’s just a 305 minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and I have parents to M journey and this started out because I take care of my mother and my mother-in-law who both have dementia and our and on our hospice and I teach caregivers who take care of loved ones with dementia and why do I do that because they’re so over whelmed frustrated angry they don’t know which way to turn and I help move them to calm and confident and I’m proud of that with the clients that have come to us to this point have walked away being calm and confident and that’s what I do and that’s my passion oh my gosh and you can see it you can just see your you light up when you talk about that so let’s talk about your business and and the you know where it was before you signed up for the media Firestorm program what were some things that you might have been struggling with well I was struggling with getting getting people to sign up with me I was really working on building my business and my goal was to get to a certain number and I wasn’t reaching it and I was looking for a way what am I missing what have I not done that’s going to springboard me past what I’m doing and that’s when I was searching and I’m looking around and I’m thinking what should I do I don’t know I don’t know but I’m open to suggestions and so I started looking and then one day I got an email and it was from me media Firestorm and then I got another one and I got another one and I thought you know what they’re grabbing my attention and I’m actually reading the emails lot of them and I’m reading them and then I got this one that jumped out at me and I thought okay I’m I’m pushing the button I’m pushing the button and I did and oh my goodness it has been the most incredible button to push I love that I love that Jamie will be thrilled as well um we send an email out every single day to our clients and um we love hearing about how the emails like one of them like finally stood out and that one was the one that they finally decided to hit the button just before you and I went live we were talking about the community that has kind of come out of the media Firestorm program which was not something that Jamie and I set out intentionally to create as a community but tell me your experience about the community that has just really um developed in media Firestorm yeah well this community is just mind-bogglingly amazing it’s it’s wonderful you know the support that we give each other and then if we have a question we can go we can go to to Angel or Jamie and get an answer I mean it it’s it’s it’s a system that works with the Simplicity but the support of the community I’ve never seen it anywhere else as strong as this this is amazing you don’t feel alone anymore as entrepreneurs we feel alone all the time and you don’t feel alone you can go out and say Hey you know I am struggling with this what do you do and hey what do I do and and I’m not sure how to do this or how do I write this email or what do I do and we get responses we get responses and it it’s not next week it’s it’s sometimes within minutes and that’s what I love about media Firestorm is that you get the response that you need to be able to drive your business to the next level and for me my biggest fear when I came into it and I talked with with Jamie about it and my biggest fear was sending out emails every day no you’re crazy no everybody’s gonna hate me they’re not going to like me I’m not going to get open rates my numbers every day I’m I’m oh my gosh I can’t do this yes you can because each email remember you didn’t Pi pick the first email we sent you it was one that grabbed your attention and there’s lots of people out there who know somebody else trust in the process and we’ll get to there and oh my goodness it has been an amazing journey and I’ve only been in this process about 70 days and it is I can’t say if if somebody doesn’t go for this they’re not wanting to build their business they really don’t want to if they really want to build their business they’ve got to do this that’s go where I come from now very happy with it okay so Katherine did you have any doubts before signing up about you know enrolling in media fire storm and if so like how did you go from those doubts to saying yes well when I was looking at it I was looking at a couple different programs at the same time and I was I’m one of these people that looks at pros and cons as I go through and I try to say what am I not succeeding at I wasn’t converting as many people as I needed to convert that’s what I needed to do was how do I get their attention and get them to say yes and that’s what I was struggling with that specific problem and and I looked at the email and the email talked about converting it’s talking about contacting it’s talking about the emails and it gave me double value and double time or half 50% off or something and it was it was a special thing for a few days and I thought I can’t miss this I I know about scarcity and I look at emails and I pick them apart and I say okay they’re just saying this because they’re going to do this and but no that caught my attention and I said okay I’m gonna get more time pay less I’m doing it right now I’m gonna do it so I push that button and I got a call and I it’s changed my life it’s actually changed my life and for that I’m happy I made the right decision as an entrepreneur I’m going to put my money where did I have impact and that’s really important to me is that put your money that gives you that impact specifically to your business that’s that’s where it’s at I’m Global I’m Global now I send emails and and I teach people in Australia New Zealand and UK all over the world I’m Global and emails go to them too and oh my God it’s just I’m reaching out to so many people now and if I hadn’t done these emails I wouldn’t have reached them H that has made a big difference and I am one that can say it doesn’t hurt to send a daily email out absolutely does not I’m a Believer now I’m a Believer right I I think that is it’s probably the the the the biggest um kind of obstacle we have to overcome is is saying it’s okay to reach out to the people who have opted in and said hey we want to hear from you and to do that and to do that every single day so you’re 70 days in in what kind of success have you seen and and Katherine what are you able to do now what do you think you’re able to do now because of that success well the success that I’ve had is within two weeks of signing up I had two large sales I had two large sales they came in and just this last week I did three on my on my course which is a lower price point I’m doing two different price points now and I haven’t even finished it and I have it sold it’s launching September 8th so it will be done but that’s that’s the fun part of it I mean yeah when you have money coming in it be starts becoming fun you know when you’re driving that you’re going down that road and you’re trying to build it and make build your your business and no money’s coming in and you’re putting money out here and you’re putting money out there you’re starting to panic I had been getting some sales but not many and then I got two in a week oh my God oh my gosh and that was from the emails it got somebody’s attention that’s huge that’s huge so for me it has been the success has been connecting with more people yes but also really bringing people into my program that we can help them and you know they no longer feel alone they feel like there’s somebody there that knows their problem and can help them get through it and and and I love doing that and that’s what for me for media Firestorm has done and it’s golden it’s golden well Katherine we’ve been we’ve been watching your success and we’ve been watching you grow into into this new butterfly that that you have become and it’s very exciting for us to watch um I I think that I think that it doesn’t matter what industry you’re in right we all have a a story and something we want to make an impact on if somebody’s on the fence and they’re thinking about media Firestorm and and they’re not sure about taking the next step what would you what would you say to them I would say that if you’re looking something that gives you not just good value but phenomenal value this is where you go you go here you know there’s Simplicity in the program it’s not like you have to spend 50 hours a week learning the program you can start it the first day the first day to get impact in your life that for me is huge is huge I don’t want to spend hours learning something new I don’t mind learning something new but I don’t want to spend 50 hours trying to learn it and stumbling through it If I Stumble I ask a question I fix it it’s really simple I found that out when I was starting my email streams it wasn’t working and I figured out I I hit a wrong button well I talked with Jamie I figured it out I got it done and boom I’m done and then I got the two sales okay so yeah it that’s what you get if somebody’s on the fence if you really want to grow your business now is the chance to do it that’s that’s what I say now is your chance to start the program start on day one and start impacting your business yeah Jamie and I have been really fun where we’re collecting kind of you know 7-Day testimonials and 14-day testimonials the the results can be can be really quick when you start implementing and it is simple we’ve worked on tweaking like what is the best amount of support that we can give you and we’ve just decided that Monday through Friday you get us all day long throughout that that member portal and so um tell us about your program Katherine because I know people are going to be fascinated to know what it is that you do how you serve others I know you have a membership I know you have a group so tell us about your program and how can we learn more and or the URL dementia journey.com and in that program it’s a six-month program that we we do we start off with an onboarding call to make sure you’re taking care of that we understand what your needs are we do weekly Zoom calls you know and and then when we do those things we hold your hand through the process we’ve got a self-paced program program why do we do all that we do all that because we’re going to take you from A to Z in dementia care we’re going to take you and make sure that you’re not overwhelmed and frustrated and angry that you have moved to calm and confidence and we do that by doing we we just added to our program three emergency calls that you can call call us and we will get back to you within hours unless we’re sleeping if we’re sleeping we do have to sleep but as soon as we wake up we’re going to call you we’re going to call you direct and solve that problem with you three emergency calls you already get one a month but you’re getting an extra three now because we know emergencies happen and that’s what we got from our clients is that sometimes we need just we need somebody to talk to fast and we have set that up so that we can accommodate our classes are small they’re very small we only max out at 15 because we want to make sure we hold your hand we want your handheld we want you calm and confident and we’re going to make sure that you’re taken care of and that’s what we do at parents Dimension journey and I’m so proud of it I am so proud such an important message and such an important program that you have created Katherine and I think that’s one of
